We did not get paid to list the resort on our website. We listed all the resort class and price on Ko Lanta even cheapest with no star until to five stars resort. Our main criteria are the resort reputation; less complain from customer and offer suitable facilities on suitable price.

We are not the same as other discounted holiday website out side Koh Lanta. WE LIVE HERE AND WE GUARANTEE YOUR ROOM . Our resort price was updated regularly and our price setup base on reasonable competitively which mostly cheaper than the resort walk in price.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation can make by Email, Fax or call to us at our service center.
•  Up to one month before arrival date: Full refund less 1,000 B for cancellation Fee.
•  Less than 30 days : Full refund less 1,000 B. for cancellation Fee plus one night of accommodation cost.
•  Up to one week: Full refund less 1,000 B. for cancellation Fee plus two nights of accommodation cost.
•  Less than one week: No refund.
•  Tour and Transfer booking must be cancelled or rescheduled one day prior to your scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without refund.

Short Stay and Extend stay Policy

•  Short Stay will count the day and apply under the cancellation policy. Minimum is two nights of room cost.
•  Extend Stay or add bungalow need to be make reservation as new booking. The extended stay your own is not guarantee to have the room available.

Any changes to our privacy promise will be communicated through our Web site at least 7 days in advance of im ple mentation. Information collected before changes are made will be secured according to the old privacy policy.
