Cancellations
:
Cancellations should be notified to the resort as early as
possible. If the cancellation is within the last 72 hours
before arrival date, 2 nights cancellation fee will be
charged.
Low Season (01 May - 31 Oct): Minimum 7 days prior to
arrival otherwise 1 night charge.
High Season (01 Nov - 03 Apr): Minimum 21 days prior to
arrival otherwise 1 night charge.
Peak Season (21 Dec - 10 Jan): Minimum 30 days prior to
arrival otherwise 1 night charge.
Early Check Out & No show
:
Guest checking out prior to the end of their
reservation will be subject to a minimum of one night's room
charge up to a maximum of the entire room price for the
remaining reservation period. No show the agent agrees to
allow the resort to charge the full amount of the total room
price for the period booked.
We don't require credit card, before you confirm your
booking.
